In concert with Grace Place Hawai'i and several churches and schools in Hawai'i, we are filming the live action version of the awe inspiring dramatic musical "The Light"
The fabulous cast and crew of these combined music and worship arts ministries will lead you on a
journey of love and sacrifice as we experience the ministry and passion of the life of Jesus as He walked this earth over 2000 years ago. It will inspire and convict all who witness
the greatest story ever told!
There is a place for everyone - singers, actors, dancers, musicians, carpenters, painters, technicians, seamstresses, greeters and anyone who wants to see the gospel told in a way like never before here in Hawaii.

Cathy and Chris Alsup
Chris has been a pastor and worship leader for over 35 years and also a professional artist and musician who travelled the United States with a group of Christian Disney artists. He has a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Memphis, an MDiv. from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary and loves to share his faith. He served on staff for 8 years where he grew up at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee and recently sang in the Frontline worship team at First Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas. He is currently the Executive Director of Grace Place Hawaii, a Christian children's performing arts center in Kailua, a grantwriter with Hope Partners Hawaii and the pastor of Grace Church Kailua.
Cathy grew up in Kailua and graduated from Punahou and was the executive director for the American Cancer Society in Hawaii and Guam. She now is the principal for Hope Partners Hawaii. She loves Kailua and ministering to people everywhere. She currently leads a women's Bible study group at the First Baptist Church of Dallas, Texas. We love visiting our six children living in Hawaii, California, Texas, Tennessee and Florida.

Our mission is to be fully devoted to Jesus by sharing the truth in love and growing together in following Him. We show God’s love and concern for our fellow man at every opportunity. We love Kailua and are committed to reaching out in grace and peace for the sake of knowing the Lord Jesus Christ.
